Qi Gong (chee gung) is an ancient Chinese form of self-healing which combines soft, slow, rhythmic movement with breathing and meditation. It is similar to Tai Chi. It helps loosen joints, tone muscles, promote circulation, increase energy and regulate all vital functions of the body. It also promotes a calm mind, balances emotions and cultivates awareness. Loose fitting clothes are recommended. Beginners welcome plus experienced Qi Gong practitioners.
